BOSTON (CBS) – Boston police and firefighters, including technical rescue crews, are on scene during an incident with critical injuries on Wednesday. The incident initially was reported as multiple people struck by a vehicle in the city’s Financial District. Several blocks around High Street were closed off around 8:30 a.m. Boston Police did not specify how many people were hurt, but said the incident involved life-threatening injuries. Crews appeared to be focused on a truck in what appeared to be a construction area. The truck is over a hole. Rescue crews on High Street in Boston.
