While Lil B posts a lot of sexually suggestive photos of young-looking women, the catalyst seems to have been a November 17 post. The images, of a woman with “I love Lil B” written on the soles of her feet posing sultrily for the camera, elicited thousands of responses on Twitter criticizing the post and demanding to know the subject’s age. In response, Lil B tweeted, “That’s grown woman with her own place and fam she taking care of,” and promised to send critics DM proof of her identity. A Twitter user, @makeupbyshaniah, called attention to the series, posting, “She literally looks 12 what the fuck is this.” That tweet blew up with over 18,000 retweets, and a number of women responded with their own experience of Lil B soliciting them for pictures when they were underage. … [Read more...] about Rapper Lil B’s Creepy Fetish for Branded Underage Girls: ‘We Would Feel Special’

There are going to be dedicated vapers who read this review who make their own coils, build their own sub-ohm mod boxes with 8ml tanks and blend their own liquid. They wouldn’t dream of picking up an S7. Very honestly, the S7 isn’t for you lot. It isn’t even trying to catch your eye, but then neither are Blu disposables at 7-11. The S7 has a very dedicated segment of the market that it’s going for and that’s the person who wants more than the crappy ecigs you buy in the mall, more than the S3 provides, but really don’t want to get into the vaping world as a hobby. They aren’t cloud chasers or ecig techies who want to build things. … [Read more...] about The Steam Filled Room: The V2 Series 7. I Like Big Batteries And I Cannot Lie.
The problem is the top end. In very few ways can we address the rampant growth of wealth among the one percent. The state and the federal government have the power to do that. I called for a tax on the wealthy to fund pre-K. We didn’t achieve that, but we did get the money for pre-K from the state. Now I’m calling for a millionaires tax to fix the subways and to provide the half-cost fare for low-income New Yorkers. If we’re going to have a strong social fabric, if people are going to have faith it’s a fair and open society, they need to see the wealthy paying their fair share. It frustrates me greatly that we don’t have the power here to tax the wealthy in this city. … [Read more...] about Bill de Blasio on Trump, Cuomo, and Getting New York to Like You
You don’t buy Johnnie Walker Blue because it’s “a drink at the end of the day.” If you want “a drink” you can get one a hell of a lot cheaper. Johnnie Blue is more than “a drink.” You get it because you appreciate the craftsmanship that went in to it and you want it and are prepared to pay for it and you treasure it for all of those things when you sip it. Add in the warranty, all the tech that is at work under the skin and the sheer resilience of the thing and I’d say the P3 price is serious value for money. … [Read more...] about The Steam Filled Room: Meet the Jack Bauer Of Ecigs
To avoid copyright infringement, “Dumb Starbucks” was technically a parodic art gallery and not a coffee shop. Before filming, Fielder sat down with a copyright lawyer to discuss the legal implications of using the Starbucks name and logo on the series. “The scene with the lawyer is one of the craziest ever on the show,” he says. “One of the things [the lawyer] said is that it would help if I had a history of making parody art. So part of what I had to do was create other works of parody art in case Starbucks came after [us].” … [Read more...] about Nathan Fielder’s Business Theater: ‘Dumb Starbucks’ Wasn’t a Prank
