The trailer has dropped for “Young Rock” on NBC, and it doesn’t look too bad. The series will tell the story of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s childhood and his insane rise to fame in Hollywood . That’s why I am excited to see that legislation (Senate Bill 9) is being considered in the Colorado General Assembly that would provide contraceptive coverage for undocumented people through the state Medicaid program and enable people who use Medicaid to get a one-year supply of oral contraceptives. Both of these provisions are incredibly important to address very real challenges that people in our state are facing to getting contraception so that they can manage their health and plan their families with health and dignity. Immigration status or income should not determine who gets to care for themselves and their families and who gets to decide how to build their families.
