Authorities say the victim, 52, was shot multiple times on City Island Avenue at CIty Island Road at around 12:30 p.m. She was rushed to Jacobi Hospital where she was pronounced dead on arrival. PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A restaurant in Center City is paying the price for underpaying some of its workers. Maggiano’s Little Italy at 12th and Filbert Streets had to pay $116,000 in back wages for 82 employees. PLACERVILLE (CBS13) – After months of heated debate, the Placerville city council voted unanimously Tuesday night to remove the noose from the city’s logo. This is a big decision for the city of Placerville that’s been delayed for months. The city manager of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota told Fox News Tuesday night that he still has integrity despite losing his job Monday after calling for due process for the police officer that shot Duante Wright. “I lost my job, but I still have my integrity,” former City Manager Curt Boganey told Fox News in a statement, Tucker Carlson revealed on his Tuesday night show. Carlson said that Fox News invited Boganey on air, but he was hesitant to make any media appearances. Boganey was fired from his job by the Brooklyn Center City Council after saying that the police officer who shot Duante Wright should have due process.
