Iseult Devlin Special to NorthJersey.com Published 5:38 AM EST Nov 29, 2018 Two-time Olympic champion Mikaela Shiffrin won her 34th World Cup slalom race on Sunday Nov. 25 at Killington, Vermont at the 2018 Audi FIS Ski World Cup. It’s the only World Cup event held in the Northeast and it attracts the circuit’s largest crowd with a record 40,000 for the three-day event filled with free concerts, food trucks, fireworks, festival village and a parade. “The crowd carried me down the hill—it’s amazing to race here,” said 23-year-old Shiffrin, who won the slalom at Killington for the third year in a row and finished fourth in the GS event on Saturday.
