BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A shooting suspect was killed in an officer-involved shooting near the Inner Harbor Thursday night, according to the Baltimore City Police Department. According to police, two officers from the Baltimore City Police Department Inner Harbor Unit were flagged down by a civilian shortly before 9:30 p.m. for a report of a non-fatal-shooting. Other officers in the area pursued the suspect who fled into a parking garage on Lombard Street. Police said officers ordered the man to place his hands in the air, but he pulled out a handgun and attempted to fire at them. Multiple officers returned fire, fatally wounding the suspect. WHITEHALL TOWNSHIP, Pa. (CBS) — Police say one woman has died after being shot at a Lehigh County Walmart Friday night. The shooting happened at the Walmart at 2601 MacArthur Road in Whitehall Township just before 7 p.m. Credit: CBS3 Officials say the woman suffered gunshot wounds to her body, she was rushed to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest where she was pronounced dead. A second victim was also shot during the incident and is receiving medical treatment. FORT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) – A 20-year-old woman from Cape Coral was killed, two other people were injured in a Pompano Beach shooting. The Broward Sheriff’s Office said last Sunday, February 21st, they received a call about a person who had been shot at 220 S Dixie Highway. PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — A Bear, Delaware, man has been arrested in connection with a shooting incident at Pat’s King of Steaks in South Philadelphia. The Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office announced firearm violations charges against 22-year-old Darius Blalock on Friday night. Authorities allege Blalock got into an argument with a group of people outside of Pat’s Steaks in the early hours of Dec. 27, 2020. According to the DA’s Office, Blalock fired several shots before jumping into a vehicle and fled the scene.
