A Houston real estate firm with a track record in Collin County has purchased land for a project in McKinney. Sentinel Capital LLC bought a 37-acre tract next door to McKinney National Airport with plans for an industrial park.The property on FM 546 was purchased from Kone, the international elevator firm which has a regional office in Allen."McKinney is one of the fastest-growing communities in North Texas with no signs of slowing down," Michael Haggar with commercial property firm JLL said in a statement.
