LOS ANGELES (CBS) — A paramedic who was off-duty at the time Giants fan Bryan Stow was severely attacked at Dodger Stadium gave graphic details of the incident in court Wednesday. Comedian Kevin Hart is reportedly walking again after suffering injuries from a car crash last week. Hart, 40, fractured his back in three places during the crash that took place early in the morning of Sept. 1, according to a report published Sunday by Page Six . Several weeks ago, the American Petroleum Institute (API), one of the nation’s largest oil and gas trade associations, voted to support the tax as a replacement for current greenhouse gas regulations.
