SAN FRANCISCO (AP/CBS13) — California Gov. Gavin Newsom on Thursday released a new plan outlining how the state will allocate vaccines to education workers in a continued push to reopen more schools for in-person instruction. Newsom announced last week that at least 10% of the state’s vaccines would go to education workers starting in March, which translates to roughly 75,000 dedicated doses a week. By: KDKA-TV News Staff PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – The Allegheny County Health Department announced on Thursday they will begin administering the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine at the Castle Shannon clinic starting next week. Limited first dose appointments will be available at the Castle Shannon site for people 65 years and older and only on the week of March 1. ROSEVILLE (CBS13) — An unsettling situation in a Roseville restroom after a woman says a man tried to record her from under the stall. Video from Jessica Quiroga shows a man darting out of a Roseville Big Lots off of Pleasant Grove Boulevard after she said she caught him in the act. She said she chased the man out of the store after he attempted to film her in the women’s restroom. Quiroga said she was already feeling weird after seeing men’s shoes in the stall, and then she noticed him put his phone was on its side, propped up on his shoe. “It was just a completely vulnerable moment,” Quiroga said. Immediately leaving the restroom, she waited for the man to come out the bathroom doors.
