The son of a former Green Bay Packer says he is heartbroken after losing his father’s Super Bowl II ring, and he is offering a $5,000 reward for its return. Mike Kostelnik told the Green Bay Press-Gazette that he believes he lost the ring that belonged to his dad, former Packers defensive tackle Ron Kostelnik, last weekend when he and his family went to visit his daughter at Indiana University and take another daughter to tour Miami University in Ohio. PHNOM PENH, CAMBODIA - Russia’s appetite for influence and lucrative arms sales in Southeast Asia has been whetted by the latest coup in Myanmar, where isolated generals remain distrustful of China but still require allies on the United Nations Security Council. Chinese investments had flourished in Myanmar under the now-deposed civilian government effectively led by former opposition figure Aung San Suu Kyi, and the military, also known as Tatmadaw, benefitted through state owned enterprises brought under its control before Suu Kyi’s National League for Democracy won historic 2015 elections. However, relations between junta leaders and Beijing have long been strained over Chinese interference across their common border – an existential threat not shared with Russia – and Beijing’s assistance to long-running ethnic insurgencies, including the sale of weapons to rebels. Massachusetts Reopening Plan: COVID Restrictions Loosen Monday, Including Restaurant Capacity
BOSTON (CBS) – Governor Charlie Baker is easing more restrictions as Massachusetts moves forward with Phase 3, Step 2 of its reopening plan. Starting Monday, restaurants will no longer have a percent capacity limit, but social distancing has to remain in place. Musical performances will be allowed starting Monday. Gyms and offices can expand to 50% capacity. Concert halls, theaters and indoor recreational facilities like roller rinks and laser tag can re-open at 50% capacity. Larger venues are capped at 500 people, excluding employees. Gatherings at private homes and backyards remain limited to 10 people inside and 25 outdoors. The City of Boston is holding off on some aspects of re-opening until after St. Patrick’s Day. Philadelphia Weather: Steady Rain Showers Expected Throughout Region Sunday Afternoon
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — The sun peaked its way through the clouds on Saturday afternoon which was a welcomed sight after the rain and even snowy start to the day across the northern portions of Southeastern Pennsylvania. While conditions have remained dry from about midday Saturday through the early morning hours on Sunday, the next rainmaker is on tap for Sunday. The bulk of the steadiest rain is expected to advance into the Philly region between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. Steady rain showers are expected for the whole area throughout the afternoon with pockets of heavier rain possible.
