LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) – A majority of victims of violent crime in Los Angeles County feel the criminal justice system failed them and that resources should be invested in crime prevention instead of incarceration, according to a poll released Thursday by a nonprofit group. Movement Started To Stop Hate Crimes Towards Asians As LA Sees 114% Increase
