Facundo Campazzo and Markus Howard have both been added to the Nuggets’ injury report as part of the NBA’s contact tracing, a league source told The Denver Post. As such, both are likely out through the All-Star break. Campazzo is doubtful for Monday’s game vs. Chicago and Howard was ruled out earlier due to the league’s health and safety protocols and according to the team’s injury report. Nuggets rookie R.J.
