London mayoral candidate Laurence Fox has vowed to stand up to the Black Lives Matter-inspired attacks on British heritage being pushed forward by London Mayor Sadiq Khan and his group of “nation hating cronies”. Biden Designating Venezuela For Temporary Protected Status — Estimated 300,000 Living In US Will Be Eligible
The Department of Homeland Security will designate more than 300,000 Venezuelans living in the U.S. illegally for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) on Monday evening, senior administration officials told reporters ahead of the announcement. The officials said the new designation marks a departure from the Trump administration’s “unilateral” approach to Venezuela and will last for 18 months, as is customary of TPS designations. White House: Joe Biden Opposes Bipartisan Effort to Protect Women’s Sports
President Joe Biden opposes a proposal earning bipartisan support to protect women’s sports, the White House confirmed Monday. The Senate voted Saturday on an amendment proposed by Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) to the $1.9 trillion coronavirus spending bill to defund schools allowing biological male athletes to compete against women in school sports. The amendment failed 49 – 50 but earned the support of Democrat Sen. Joe Manchin (WV). White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said President Biden opposed the amendment during the White House press briefing Monday afternoon. “He believes transgender rights are human rights and wants to see kids have the opportunity to play sports and participate in a range of activities,” she said.
