In celebration of the opening of the Exploratorium's winter exhibition, Curious Contraptions, join the Exploratorium for a gathering of artists and makers who specialize in the whimsical, the foolish, and the absurd—including two performances by Maywa Denki, foremost purveyors of nonsense machines. Lose yourself in the Exploratorium's thought-provoking programs and mind-bending experiences at adults-only After Dark Thursdays—including more than 650 interactive exhibits exploring perception, art, and science.
