MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A 35-year-old father of two is one of Minnesota’s latest lives lost to COVID-19. Matthew Schweer died last month after fighting the virus for nearly six weeks in the hospital. Matt’s wife Cassidy Schweer described in her own words the heartbreak which is still hard to comprehend. Jay-Z and Beyoncé quietly donated tens of thousands of dollars to pay bail for protesters arrested in Ferguson, Missouri and Baltimore, according to an author and collaborator close to the couple. DENVER (CBS4) —  One of two security companies that employed the unlicensed guard who shot a man at a protest downtown has settled its case with the City of Denver. Matthew Dolloff is accused of killing Lee Keltner during a “Patriot Muster” demonstration and a “BLM-Antifa Soup Drive” counter-protest on Oct. 10. The security companies had arranged for Dolloff to provide security for a 9News crew. Early Monday morning the actor announced he and wife Camila will stage a virtual benefit to aid those in his home state affected by the recent deadly winter storms. “As most of you know, my home state of Texas was just hit with the worst winter storm it’s had in the last 70 years. It left a whole lot of people without power, without water, and without a whole lot of basic necessities,” McConaughey said in a video released onto social media.
