Plea to governor: The newly formed, 700-member Golden State HS Football Coaches Community, headed by Serra’s Patrick Walsh and De La Salle-Concord’s Justin Alumbaugh, along with the 46,000-member parent-driven Facebook group “Let Them Play CA,” sent a letter to Gov. Coming storms prompt evacuation warning for parts of Santa Cruz County
Residents in the San Lorenzo Valley and the north coast of Santa Cruz County need to prepare go-bags and “be ready to leave immediately” if storms are severe, Cal Fire said on Sunday evening.
