Krygowski showed us a rental property that’s been in his family for 35 years; two separate apartments labeled as a two-flat on the original 1986 survey, and inspected as two units in 2014 by the village of Midlothian. “The county calls it a two-unit. I’m taxed as a two-unit. My insurance company calls it a two-unit,” he said. But the 2020 Midlothian zoning map does not. Instead, his two-apartment home is marked as a single-family residence. Feds looking at communications between lawmakers, Capitol rioters: report
Federal investigators are looking at communications between members of Congress and the rioters who stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6, a U.S. official told CNN . The investigators, according to CNN, have look at communications between alleged rioters discussing their associations with Congress and includes indications of contact with lawmakers. However, it so far has not found that any lawmakers were involved with the riot or personally helped any of the rioters, the official said. ADVERTISEMENT Authorities have been investigating the pro-Trump rioters who stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6 for months and have been able to arrest hundreds of those involved in the riot that led to the deaths of five people. Officials are still arresting those who stormed the Capitol but are going to start focusing on those who planned the attack, who funded them and what connection, if any, lawmakers had. Wisconsin Democrats are denouncing a GOP-authored state bill that would protect young Americans from the intrusion of transgender ideology into their sports and games. “When code words like ‘fairness’ and ‘leveling the playing field’ are brought forth in these bills, these are dog whistles for discrimination and exclusion,” Democratic Rep. Lee Snodgrass declared as she announced the Democrats’ opposition to the protection bill.
