Kris Jenner’s alleged stalker arrested outside her home

Kris Jenner faced a frightening reality when an alleged stalker was arrested on her property. A former security guard who was fired from his old job within the reality star's gated southern California community was busted for felony stalking recently after he was caught approaching Jenner's home, TMZ reported. The man, whose name is Joshua Jacobs, managed to crack open the security gate that blocks off the Hidden Hills, Calif. community before venturing up to Jenner's home, according to the celebrity gossip site. He was stopped by Jenner's security team in front of her house and detained until police arrived. The report does not disclose when the incident took place. It's reportedly the third time Jacobs has broken into the community to get near Jenner. It's unclear why he has repeatedly attempted to do so. Jacobs could be facing a theft charge in addition to the felony stalking because police discovered he had taken a sign-in sheet that belongs to the development's security team, according to TMZ. Jenner, 61, is the latest member of her famous family to experience an issue like this. Her daughter Kendall was approached by a stalker outside her Hollywood Hills, Calif. home last summer, with the man following behind her as she drove through her gate and up her driveway. That man was arrested for stalking as well. Kim Kardashian, meanwhile, was robbed at gunpoint of more than $5 million worth of jewelry by intruders at her Paris hotel room last October. Staples epically trolls Kris Jenner and her new line of necklaces on Twitter

That was easy. Staples jumped on the opportunity to skewer Kris Jenner Thursday night and supply social media with laughs after the celebrity tweeted a link to her new line of necklaces — which awkwardly resemble a chain of paper clips. Jenner wrote that her Elegance chains were “exclusively” available online, so @StaplesCanada, which thinks the piece of jewelry is anything but elegant, responded two days later writing “Also available in aisle 7... #Think Staples.” The reality star didn’t keep up with the hate on the necklace, as she seemingly ignored the message from Staples. But the majority of Twitter sure noticed the burn on the item that Jenner has claimed is sterling silver and finished with diamond cuts. The “limited edition” necklaces Jenner promoted are going for $175, which if spent at Staples could get you many more paper clips and plenty of Five Star notebooks and toner cartridges. Kris Jenner speaks publicly about Kim Kardashian’s traumatizing Paris robbery, says she’s ‘looking at the world differently’

Kim Kardashian is taking things "one day at a time," after being robbed at gunpoint less than three weeks ago, her mom says. Kris Jenner, 60, told E! News that her 35-year-old daughter is "doing what a mother does" by keeping herself surrounded by family as she processes the terrifying events from Oct. 2 where she was tied up and robbed at gunpoint in a Paris hotel room. “It's a process. One day at a time. It's a process,” Jenner told E! News. "When you have a daughter at home who's struggling because of something horrific and tragic that happened, you start looking around a little bit differently," she added. Kardashian has rarely been seen in public since the incident as Jenner said she is focusing on spending time with her kids and husband Kanye West. The Kardashian-Jenner matriarch had not spoken publicly since the robbery until now, but did break her silence with a quote on social media. "Every morning is a reminder of how blessed we are. Today I am grateful for my family, who I love more than words can explain. Count your blessings, be grateful always, and cherish every moment you spend with your loved ones," she posted on Instagram eight days after the heist. Kim's younger sister, Khloe, appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Oct. 10 and shared that her sister is "not doing well." On Tuesday, Khloe called it a “wake-up call.” "I mean, definitely it's been an incredibly traumatic experience for Kim and she's definitely taking some well needed and much deserved time off," the 32-year-old said. Jenner was attending Khloe's Good American denim line presentation on Tuesday at the Grove in Los Angeles and the two were spotted with an increased security presence of more than 20 guards as a precaution following Kim's robbery. The "Selfish" author was robbed of $5.6 million in jewelry while in Paris for Fashion Week. The five masked gunmen behind the Continue Reading

Kris Jenner files for divorce from husband Bruce, 11 months after announcing split

Kris and Bruce Jenner have finally called time on their marriage. The Kardashian momager filed papers in Los Angeles on Monday to divorce the Olympian, 11 months after announcing their separation, according to court documents obtained by the Daily News. In the filing, which cites irreconcilable differences as the cause of their split after 23 years of marriage, Kris requests joint custody of daughter Kylie, the only one of their kids who is still a minor. She is also petitioning to keep all her jewelry and wants to divide the rest of their assets later. Interestingly, the six-page divorce petition also lists the date of their official separation as June 1, 2013. Though the couple publicly announced their split that October, there had been long-running rumors of them possibly attempting to reconcile. Such was the case when Kris stepped out in Paris back in March while rocking her huge diamond engagement ring gifted by her estranged husband. The following month they were snapped smiling, hand-in-hand while making their way through LAX airport. The petition was filed by Kris "in propria persona," meaning without a lawyer representing her. Kris Jenner, Bruce Jenner ‘doing great’ after separation, will continue filming ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ despite split

The show must go on. Reality power couple Bruce and Kris Jenner may have separated, but their split won’t stymie production of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," a source told the Daily News Wednesday. And Olympic gold medalist Bruce insisted to People magazine he’s not on track for a divorce. "I'm doing great," the 1976 Decathlon winner, 63, told People. "Kris is happy, I'm happy. Nobody is filing for divorce." A source close to Kris told The News that both spouses “are in the midst of filming (their reality show) now,” and production “is not delayed.” The source said their new separate living arrangements “will be addressed" as a plot line in season nine. "Kris has her own place and I have my own place. There's no animosity. Everything is good," Bruce told People. He even scoffed at the suggestion he might start dating after 22 years of marriage. "No!" he said with a laugh. "We're not going there. I have my family, I have my kids. All my time is filled." Bruce was all smiles Tuesday as a camera crew filmed him on a golf course with daughters Kendall, 17, and Kylie, 16, in the wake of the separation announcement. Bruce was still wearing his wedding ring and playfully flipped the bird at the paparazzi. Kris, 57, was photographed earlier this week without her wedding ring as she moved boxes outside a storage facility near her Hidden Hills, Calif., mansion, but the News source close to the famous momager said the missing jewelry wasn’t a meaningful sign. “She just doesn't always wear her ring,” the source said, explaining it’s “a huge diamond” that isn’t always practical. The Jenners confirmed they no longer share a bedroom in a joint statement Tuesday. "We are living separately, and we are much happier this way," the pair told E! News. "But we will always have much love and respect for each other. Continue Reading

Tamar Braxton and Kris Jenner’s new talk shows face issues right from the start

Monday was supposed to be a big day over at Fox, where two new test talk shows debuted in an oversaturated market. But both Kris Jenner and Tamar Braxton had drama-filled debuts that could be a disaster if things don’t turn around fast. Braxton is starring on “The Real” with four co-hosts. She was in New York Monday to promote the show, turning up at “Good Day New York” separately from her co-hosts, in a different car. The other ladies arrived together. “She arrived with her own manager/husband, Vince Herbert, who happens to be Lady Gaga’s manager,” a spy tells [email protected] “She had her own hair and makeup people; she moved her chair to show her right side, which she thinks is her better angle.” Our spy adds that Braxton kept her distance from the other hosts, “Chelsea Lately” regular Loni Love, Cheetah Girl Adrienne Bailon, stylisti Jeannie Mai and ’90s icon Tamera Mowry-Housley. “Tamar wants her own show. She grew up with Toni [Braxton]; she knows what she’s doing,” says our source. Another much-hyped debut on the network was the first day of the trial run for “Kris,” Jenner’s talk show. The show, which is not aired live, actually was taped Thursday. It aired to lukewarm industry response, with another insider telling us the Jenner just “isn’t listening” to producers’ suggestions. “The fake plants in the background are distracting. They want them off the set. It looks like a jungle, but Kris says, ‘No — they’re me,’ ” says our source. “She says the set is based on the lobby of her house, but who lives in a house like that? She’s alienating every person that makes $40,000 and watches her show. She thinks she’s cute.” Another issue, our source says, is that Jenner knows her favorite daughter, Kim Kardashian, is her only card to play, and Continue Reading

Kris Jenner calls filming ‘KUWTK’ ‘therapeutic’ for Kim Kardashian

During Kris Jenner's appearance on Monday's episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the topic turned to daughter Kim Kardashian's Paris robbery and the aftermath caught on film.Last fall's incident, in which Kardashian told police that thieves tied her up, threatened her with a gun, and made off with millions of dollars in jewelry, will be explored in the second episode of the new season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, according to Jenner."We started filming and what was coming out of that was very therapeutic for her, I think, to just explain to us and walk us through," she said. "And now, we just started seeing some of the stuff that had come out of those days, and nobody can even get through the first five minutes without being hysterical."Jenner said Kardashian gives viewers a "moment by moment" account of the October night. "But it's remarkable to listen to her tell the story, and she does that because she just thinks that it might also bring some awareness," Jenner said. "And, it's changed the way we live our lives and just the way we take care of our kids and my grandchildren, and so it's been a process."Jenner revealed she was "bawling" when she saw footage. " I just saw some of it, and I couldn’t even watch the whole thing," she said. "I mean, it was so upsetting. It was such an upsetting time when something so awful happened to somebody that you love so much. It chokes me up every time I think about it."KUWTK returns March 5 on E!. Continue Reading
