Lexington Mayor Jim Gray failed to file a disclosure form in his campaign for Congress that tells the public how much he makes and what he owns. Federal law requires candidates to file their financial disclosure form within 30 days of collecting or spending $5,000. Gray hit that threshold on December 5.
