Horrific details from a state investigation shine a spotlight on dozens of Catholic priests in Colorado accused of sexually abusing at least 212 children over the past 70 years. A report released in October 2019 alleged 43 men in Colorado’s three Catholic dioceses were abusers, but only identified 40 by name. A follow-up report released Dec. 1, 2020, added nine more priests to the list of clergy with substantiated claims of abuse.
