MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Fire officials say the main building of Northfield’s historic Archer House River Inn is a total loss after a fire spread throughout the building Thursday afternoon, with crews battling the flames into the early morning hours of Friday. The fire broke out inside the Smoqehouse Restaurant, which is one of several businesses inside the Archer House. RELATED: Mpls. Arrest: Double-Homicide In St. Pete Ends In 4 Hour Standoff At Motel
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (CW44 News At 10) – A man suspected of double-homicide was arrested in St. Pete following a four hour standoff at a motel. The bodies of Jerome Clark and Larrisha Williams were found early morning on Wednesday, February 10, 2021. Since then, detectives worked tirelessly to locate the suspected gunman in the double-homicide. With the help of several tips from the community, authorities say they were able to identify the suspect as 35-year-old Andre M. Watkins. Dallas Police Charge 20-Year-Old Vivianna Alvarez With Shooting Murder Of Jonathan Wernhammer
DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) — Just before the lunch hour on February 24 Dallas police received a call about a shooting at the Hilton Garden Inn along Pacific Avenue. When officers arrived they found a 38-year old man, later identified as Jonathan Wernhammer, lying on the floor of his apartment. He had been shot several times.
