The Intermediate Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty and the Open Skies Treaty were both victims of Trump's ill-considered ire. Just last week, Russia joined the US in withdrawing from the Open Skies accord, which allows unfettered overflights of military sites by observation aircraft.
