Fire weather in January? Red flag warning coming to parts of Northern California

This week’s forecasted conditions prompted the National Weather Service to issue a red flag warning for the Santa Lucia range, Los Padres National Forest, and the mountains of interior Monterey and San Benito counties from Monday evening to Tuesday afternoon.
