CHEYENNE – State education and college officials are working to make online education easier for all Wyoming students.Cheyenne students will begin experiencing the results of those efforts sooner than some students in the state.Laramie County Community College is changing its online learning management system May 29 to Canvas from D2L.Canvas also is used by the University of Wyoming and 23 state school districts, including Laramie County School District 1.
