Zedd and Odesza — both headliners at the massive Lollapalooza festival in Chicago last month — will headline the inaugural Jawbreaker Festival at the Wisconsin Center. STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- A child playing with a lighter started the fire that burned through five homes and injured 20 firefighters in New Springville on Saturday, according to the FDNY. The five-alarm fire was ruled accidental by the fire marshals, according to a social media post by the FDNY. A spokesman for the FDNY declined to release information about the age of the child or details about how the lighter was used to set the fire. The fire that briefly closed a portion of Richmond Avenue began at an attached home on Steinway Avenue shortly after 7 p.m. and eventually went to a fifth alarm at 8:10 p.m. The fire spread to 231, 233, 237, 239 and 243 Steinway Avenue, according to an FDNY spokesman. Firefighters knocked out an apartment fire early Monday near North 108th and Fort Streets.Early reports indicated that someone was trapped inside the building at Legacy Crossing Apartments, 5625 N. 106th Plaza, but everyone did manage to get out, according to reports to Douglas County 911 dispatchers.An occupant awoke to find smoke and flames in a laundry closet in an apartment. An adult occupant grabbed two children ages 4 and 1 and they got out through the smoke to call 911, fire officials said. DELAWARE COUNTY, Pa. -- Two children had to be rescued from a fire that injured four people, including two firefighters, and forced 150 people from their homes at an apartment complex in Delaware County, CBS Philadelphia reports. The three-alarm fire broke out shortly before 8:30 a.m. Monday in the C-building of the Cliff Park apartment complex in Clifton Heights. Police said it appeared as though the blaze erupted after a child lit a piece of paper on fire, panicked and threw the paper under the bed. "We interviewed the family where the fire began in the apartment complex and came to find that a 5-year-old had been playing with a lighter," said Clifton Heights Police Chief Tim Rockenbach. "We believe that is going to be the cause of the fire." The flames engulfed the third-floor apartment and two children had to be dropped from a window to safety.
