It’s important to bear in mind that things can change rapidly during training camp and the preseason, particularly in the event of injuries and/or personnel moves. WARMINSTER, PA — Police in Bucks County have shared a video of the moments that may have saved a man's life after he was attacked by a dog.On Oct. 2, Warminster Police Department Officer Joseph Parell was conducting a traffic detail at Tenth Avenue and York Road when he was approached by a man saying he needed help. The man got out of his vehicle and fell to his knees, holding his right arm which, along with his torso, was soaked with blood.At the time, police did not release the cause of the man's injuries. But, now, they're saying that he'd been attacked by a dog. Police say the man's forearm was shredded in the attack and he was suffering from severe blood loss.In the video, Parell's body cam shows him informing a dispatcher that he had applied a tourniquet to the man's arm, then checking on him.
