Jamie Lynn Fonville, 46, of the 1800 block of Wood Owl Street in Tarpon Springs was arrested Friday, according to a news release from the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office. "After much consideration, I regret to inform those who voted for me that I have decided to step down as a member of the city council," Arredondo told the Uvalde Leader-News.
