By Staff, Staff Writer The Butler County Visitors Bureau recently launched a new Donut Trail Experience tour in partnership with Cincy Brew Bus.This new tour will take visitors to four of the Butler County Donut Trail shops for an exclusive experience. The experience will offer behind-the-scenes tours, exclusive samplings, and more sweet surprises. Tour-goers will receive a custom Donut Trail mug that can only be obtained through the experience, as well as four stamps on the official trail passport, providing a great head start towards earning the Donut Trail T-Shirt. FIRST REPORT: Man dies after being electrocuted in Reily Twp. That man is 60-year-old Ramon P. Bill Coley, FBI agents and others is barely a month old, but a magistrate recommends dismissing all claims filed by imprisoned Dynus executive Orlando Carter.United States Magistrate Judge Stephanie K. Bowman has halted all further briefings in the 35-day old case and recommended all claims be dismissed. She stated she was reviewing the lawsuit to determine if it should “be dismissed because it is frivolous, malicious, fails to state a claim upon which relief may be granted or seeks monetary relief from a defendant who is immune from such relief.”Carter filed the lawsuit from the federal prison in Ashland, Ky., on June 7.
