Morphew reportedly left the upscale Maysville house to go for a bike ride on Mother's Day -- May 10 -- but was never heard from again. Her bike was recovered less than a half-mile away later that same day but there were no signs of Morphew. New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy (D) has signed into law legislation legalizing and regulating the use and possession of marijuana for adults 21 years of age and older. The legislation also decriminalizes marijuana and hashish possession, his office announced Monday . “Our current marijuana prohibition laws have failed every test of social justice, which is why for years I’ve strongly supported the legalization of adult-use cannabis,” Murphy said in a statement.
