Celebration Park In the planning stages for years, the highly-anticipated Celebration Park food truck venue is taking shape along Haldeman Creek and is set for a fall opening. “We’re just full steam ahead. I believe that we’ll be completing early October,” said Ken Smith of Acadian Builders. Months since the Naples-based company broke ground on the vacant lot at Bayshore and Becca Avenue in March, framework for the waterfront park’s pavilion and restrooms can be seen from Three60 Market across the creek. “They are on target to be done by the end of September or beginning of October.
