California eviction moratorium set to expire with rent coming due at end of month
Rob Warnock, a researcher at the rental website Apartment List, said that many tenants have exhausted their resources and would have a hard time paying a lump sum post-moratorium. An Apartment List study found that 49% of tenants borrowed money from friends or family to make their rent.
