New York City Movie Theaters Reopen Friday, As Tri-State Area Eases COVID Restrictions
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — New York City movie theaters can welcome back audiences Friday, catching up to others across the rest of state. Theaters can reopen at 25% capacity, with no more than 50 people per screen at a time. Ethiopia Releases BBC Journalist, Others Detained in Tigray
U.S. lawmakers and rights groups welcomed the release Wednesday of four journalists and media workers in Ethiopia’s Tigray region, and highlighted the important role the press plays in covering unrest.
