‘I Want to Meet My Teacher’
I am going to get really vulnerable here, and I hope you will have an honest response to this post. Remote Learning is failing. I have three very well-adjusted, typically developing, privileged children who are miserable in school. My middle schooler who had straight As his entire life is getting Cs and Ds. My second grader is now officially reading below grade level. I feel like a huge a*hole complaining because we are healthy, working and have a roof over our heads. At the same time, I feel like I need to speak up loudly. This cannot be happening only in my home.
