City College Trustee who deployed to protect State Capitol tests positive: San Francisco City College Trustee Alan Wong, who was deployed through the National Guard to protect the State Capitol ahead of Inauguration Day, said Tuesday that he tested positive for the coronavirus. Wong said he started experiencing chills, headaches, muscle cramps, fatigue and a fever a day after he returned home from his National Guard activation.
