Plea to governor: The newly formed, 700-member Golden State HS Football Coaches Community, headed by Serra’s Patrick Walsh and De La Salle-Concord’s Justin Alumbaugh, along with the 46,000-member parent-driven Facebook group “Let Them Play CA,” sent a letter to Gov.
