Sperry had long been based at 46 Shelter Rock Road, with other tenants today including Aires Relocation Services, Ridley Lowell Technical School and Scientech. Sperry used more than 10,000 square feet of space at the complex for office and training space, with the building having a large indoor bay as well for vehicular work and storage. The company’s new Shelton office was home previously to a call center operated by Cablevision that employed more than 600 people before that work was moved in 2016 to New York after Altice USA acquired the cable giant.
