Hudson to release land in TIF district for sale HUDSON — The Town of Hudson plans to sell 2 acres of land in its Tax Increment Finance district to a trucking company. It will be the topic of a special meeting set to commence after Tuesday night’s Hudson Town Council meeting in town hall, 115 Parsonage St. The meeting has been moved from the usual fourth Tuesday due to the holiday. The special meeting will be held at approximately 7:30 p.m. The council, through an action of the plan commission, will ratify the release the land, currently held for economic development. It is expected that it will be purchased for a trucking business. The meeting is open to the public.
