The body of a man missing since earlier this week was discovered in a Tuscaloosa pond. About noon Friday, the Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit was called to Palmore Park on Fosters Ferry Road on a report of a body found, said Capt. Kip Hart. Tuscaloosa police as well as Tuscaloosa Fire and Rescue Service Search Team responded to scene. Searchers found the body of 25-year-old Sirico Devan Foster. He had been reported missing on Thursday after he was last seen by family on Tuesday at an apartment complex in Northport. Family members said it was unlike him to disappear. Hart said Foster’s body was found in a pond in the back section of the park. His body will be taken to the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences for autopsy to determine the cause of death. No foul play is suspected at this time.
