Auburn baseball announced its Class of 2019 in a Friday afternoon press release. The class, which is set to join the Tigers next fall, consists of 15 athletes and is ranked No. 9 in the nation by Baseball America, and No. 11 by Perfect Game. The class includes seven players from the state of Alabama, five from Georgia, two from Tennessee and another from Texas. There are six pitchers, six infielders, two catches and an outfielder in the class. Six of the signees are rated in the Top 200 by Perfect Game. The Tigers did not release the names of all the players in the Class of 2019. The members of the class that were announced are below: Hayden Mullins — LHP from Gallatin, Texas Gunnar Henderson — SS from Selma, Alabama (Morgan Academy) Nate LaRue — C from Mobile, Alabama (McGill-Toolin) Travis Odom — INF from Franklin, Tennessee Ramsey David — RHP from Dacula, Georgia Mason Barnett — RHP from White, Georgia Trace Bright — RHP from Montgomery, Alabama (Trinity Presbyterian) Ryan Dyal — C from Senoia, Georgia The 2019 Auburn season starts in February. These athletes won’t be on the roster until the 2020 season.
