The Union Municipal Band, under the direction Howard Toplansky, will present two holiday themed concerts in December. The first concert will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 10 at Ehrhart Gardens, 100 Francis Court, Union. The second concert will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 17 at Hannah Caldwell School Auditorium, 1120 Commerce Ave., Union. Admission is free and the public is cordially invited to attend. The concerts will feature holiday selections as well as music from the Broadway stage, marches and overtures. Pieces that are planned include, “I’ll Be Home for Christmas,” “Let It Snow,” “Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer,” “Chanukah Celebration,” “Sonata for Winds” by Charles Carter, “Cheerio March” by Edwin Goldman and “I’ll See You Again” by Noel Coward.
