WADSWORTH, Ohio – Our brunch and breakfast series continues as we check out The Galaxy. Here’s a look at what to expect: Location + hours: 201 Park Centre Drive, Wadsworth, 330-334-FOOD (3663). Sunday brunch is 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Menu or buffet? Buffet. About the place: Brunch is served in the Circle L Steakhouse in the Galaxy. (There’s also a sports bar in the complex.) Plenty of parking, and the Galaxy sits at the northeast corner of Interstate 76 and Ohio 94. It’s about 37 miles from downtown Cleveland. About the food: The buffet has a multitude of options with about a 50-50 ratio of traditional breakfast items to lunch dishes. Stations: Breakfast, omelettes, waffles, salads, entrées and carving. Offerings include salads, prime rib, French toast sticks, a ton of desserts – we even spotted blintzes. A waffle prepared in front of us was very light. Prime rib can be ordered well done, but it must be requested. Cost: $21.95 ($16.95 for seniors, $8.95 for kids 12 and under, free for kids 5 and under). Includes coffee, tea or iced tea.
