Friday November 9, 2018 11:07 PM Cases before Berks County district judges. District judges (All information was obtained from records in the Berks County Courthouse.) Before Kim L. Bagenstose Cases held for court: Daniel C. Deeds, 35, of the 3500 block of Plow Road, Robeson Township, possession of a controlled substance and motor vehicle violations. Marc J. Fidler, 42, of the 1700 block of Portland Avenue, Spring Township, possession of a controlled substance and motor vehicle violations. Adam G. Segal, 40, of Swatara Township, Dauphin County, drunken driving and other motor vehicle violations. Before Andrea J. Book Case waived into court: Brendan W. Pirie, 52, of Moorefield, W.Va., drunken driving and other motor vehicle violations. Before Tonya A. Butler Case held for court: Elbin J. Ortiz, 22, of the 200 block of North Front Street, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder and conspiracy to aiding a first-degree murder. Cases waived into court: Christopher B. Chesonis, 47, of the 3100 block of Montrose Avenue, Laureldale, drunken driving and other motor vehicle violations. Dimitri A. Cruz, 25, of the 100 block of South Fourth Street, intending to deliver crack cocaine and synthetic cannabinoids, possession of crack cocaine and synthetic cannabinoids, possession of drug paraphernalia and conspiracy.
