According to the National Treasury Employees Union chapter 73 and chapter 9, which covers Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, employees will gather outside the IRS Service Center in Covington at noon on Thursday. The protesters will gather at Fourth and Johnson streets. “This shutdown is severely impacting out work, our families and our service to America,” a flyer states.
