Here are some things you should know. Who is he? The man’s name is Bu Quach. According to State Police, he is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. Quach has brown eyes, chin-length salt-and-pepper hair, a beard, and has “black Asian symbols” tattooed on both forearms. Where is the search party? The search will be held from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. today and it based at Ocean Acres Lake Park, Buccaneer Lane, Stafford Township. Where was he last seen? State Police say Bu Quach was last seen on surveillance camera at his nursing home, Manahawkin Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on Route 72 in Stafford, at 11:30 a.m on Friday, Nov. 2. What are his conditions Bu Quach has Parkinson’s disease, post-traumatic stress disorder and is diabetic, according to police.
