JERSEY CITY – A man who seemed to be “high off something” struck multiple cars Saturday morning, a witness said. A worker at A & L Auto Body & Towing, who didn’t want to give his full name, said that the man hit cars on Kennedy Boulevard, three cars on Western Avenue and four cars on Lincoln Street in the Heights neighborhood. There were close to 20 cars involved, the man said. “He was high off something,” he said. “Like angel dust.” The man — who had to tow the struck cars – returned to the Tonnelle Avenue location where the man was stopped in the parking lot of the White Mana Diner. The workers at the diner had no information about the incident. Cops caught and handcuffed the driver against a black Mustang, which is parked outside of A & L, the A & L employee said. “Wherever it started, it ended here,” the worker added. Information from the Jersey City Police Department was not immediately available.
