Nashville Tennessean Published 11:53 AM EST Nov 20, 2018 The Tuesday morning call about a person barricading themselves a Dickson County residence that brought a quick and large response by several local law enforcement units turned out to be a fase report, according to the Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Jerone Holt. Cody Kimbro was arrested and will be charged with filing a false report after calling authorities, Holt said. Kimbro is the homeowners son, Holt added. Pomona Road is now back open. Several units of Dickson city and county law enforcement were on scene in the 1400 block of Pomona Road in response to a possible barricaded subject, Holt said. At about 9 a.m. Tuesday, the sheriff’s office and Dickson Police SWAT teams began to set up. Holt said at shortly after 9 a.m. that law enforcement was “still trying to verify the complainants statement of events.” About 20 law enforcement vehicles were on the scene, cutting off Pomona Road traffic.
