Coroner’s office spokeswoman Lt. Nani Cholakians said the office hasn’t responded to the area yet due to safety concerns. But they were notified by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department about the deaths. Other details about the deaths were not immediately available. Cholakians said the deaths are possibly related to the fire, but officials can’t confirm any connection to the blaze until they are able to access the area The Woolsey fire has burned through more than 35,000 acres in Ventura and Los Angeles counties, forcing tens of thousands of people to flee and burning several homes.
