HERBERT AGAINST THE HUSKIES Oregon quarterback Justin Herbert is making his second-career start against the Huskies. He made the first start of his career against Washington in 2016 at Autzen Stadium, and the Ducks lost 70-21. Oregon lost 38-3 at Washington last season, but Herbert was sidelined with a fractured collarbone. Backup quarterback Braxton Burmeister made the start. STATE VS.
