GATES MILLS, Ohio — General assistance, Old Mill Road: A motorist said Aug. 4 that a woman was pushing a baby stroller in the roadway. Officers spoke to the woman and advised her of the complaint. She was not in violation of any laws, as there was not a sidewalk available. General assistance, Timberidge Trail: A woman requested advice July 31 on how to handle a personal issue involving her ex-husband and children. Accident, County Line Road: Officers responded Aug. 2 to a report of an accident between a car and a bicycle. It was determined that it had occurred in Chester Township, and police from that agency were on scene to assist. General assistance, Brigham Road: A resident reported Aug. 4 that she was on vacation and had been notified by her alarm company that there was a problem with her phone line.
