Deputies are planning future operations in Jurupa Valley, Eastvale and Norco to target that kind of activity, officials said. Deputies were called out to the area of Wineville and Bellegrave avenues about 1:30 a.m. Monday, the release said. When they arrived, most of the vehicles involved in the illegal activity took off in different directions, but deputies were able to stop four vehicles, including one that “was recklessly spinning its tires in a circular pattern within the intersection,” the release said. One driver from Bloomington was cited for reckless driving and his vehicle was impounded for a 30-day hold, according to the release. Three others were issued citations for equipment-related violations and other vehicle-code violations.
